The COF Africa Orphanage Outreach Project is a humanitarian initiative dedicated to supporting children living in orphanages and care homes with essential supplies, educational resources, companionship, and meaningful experiences that remind every child that they are valued, supported, and deserving of opportunity.
Every child deserves to grow up surrounded by care, encouragement, and hope. Yet many orphanages and children’s homes operate with limited resources while working tirelessly to provide food, shelter, education, healthcare, and everyday necessities for the children in their care.
At COF Africa, we believe supporting these institutions means investing directly in the wellbeing and future of vulnerable children.
Reaching Children With Practical Support
Through our orphanage outreach programmes, COF Africa visits children’s homes and provides support based on their identified needs. This may include food supplies, clothing, toiletries, educational materials, household essentials, and other important resources that contribute to the children’s daily wellbeing.

An orphanage outreach should be about more than delivering items.
Our volunteers and partners spend time engaging with the children, sharing moments of happiness, encouraging them, and creating an atmosphere where they feel seen and appreciated.
For a child, a conversation, a shared meal, a gift, or simply having people intentionally spend time with them can create a lasting memory. These moments reinforce an important message: their circumstances do not determine their worth or the possibilities ahead of them.
