About the Christiana
Omosigho Foundation.

The Christiana Omosigho Foundation (COF) is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to promoting equity, dignity, and opportunity for communities throughout Nigeria. It is committed to addressing critical social issues and advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) nationwide.

Our efforts focus on empowering marginalised groups by addressing the root causes of inequality, such as food insecurity, limited access to quality education, and inadequate healthcare. We aim to break down the structural barriers related to poverty, health, and education that restrict opportunities and perpetuate inequality. Many families face interconnected challenges, such as food insecurity, limited access to education, and healthcare shortages, that require cohesive, community-based solutions.

Our approach combines urgent relief with sustainable development: delivering immediate support such as food, menstrual health resources, and education, while also investing in long-term projects that strengthen resilience and expand opportunities. We emphasise the importance of collaboration for lasting change, working closely with local communities, grassroots organisations, volunteers, and partners to make sure our programs are adaptable, culturally appropriate, and impactful.

Ultimately, our goal is to restore dignity and unlock potential. Every intervention, whether providing food parcels or educational grants, seeks not only to meet immediate needs but also to promote a future where individuals and communities can thrive.

Our Mission

Our Mission

We believe no one should be defined by their circumstances. Poverty, limited education, and lack of resources should never determine a person’s future. Through evidence-based programmes, we remove barriers by improving access to essential resources, strengthening communities, and creating sustainable opportunities. We focus on supporting women, children, and vulnerable families, while investing in resilience, independence, and long-term empowerment. Our goal is simple: to help people move beyond survival and thrive with dignity, stability, and hope.

Key Impact Metrics (Since 2023)

Key Impact Metrics (Since 2023)

We measure our success by the lives we reach, the opportunities we create, and the long-term change we help enable. Since 2023, our programmes have delivered tangible, measurable impact across key areas of need:

Behind every number is a life transformed: a girl attending school with confidence, a family meeting basic needs, a child equipped to learn and thrive, and a young person empowered to pursue education and build a better future.
